This page lets server owners and admins submit a Trunking Recorder server for inclusion in the Joe’s Scanner public directory. If approved, your server will be visible to app users as an available server option.

By submitting your server, you help expand the Joe’s Scanner ecosystem and make local radio traffic more accessible. A public listing reduces setup friction, helps listeners discover new regions, and provides a trusted entry in the directory with a consistent name and links.

What to include

• A clear server name that users will recognize
• A working server URL for the Trunking Recorder endpoint
• A map anchor
• An Info URL for system notes, coverage area, and any listener guidelines is highly recommended

Why Map anchor matters.
Address alerts in the app use the map anchor you provide (example: Twin Falls, ID or Ada County, ID) to help maps resolve addresses to the correct region, even for listeners who are not local. A good anchor improves match quality and helps prevent incorrect pins when similar addresses exist elsewhere.

Submissions are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, disabled, or removed.
