Standard subscribers can review the last 24 hours of calls. Premium subscribers get full
archive access going back to January 2023 – over 3 million calls annually.
Address detection
The app maps addresses mentioned in radio traffic so you can see where incidents are
happening in real time.
Getting Started
- Download the app from the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store.
- Subscribe at joesscanner.com/shop/ if you haven’t already.
- Log in using the email and password you set up during checkout.
- Select a server and start listening.

⚠️ Samsung Users – Important
Samsung devices may stop background audio unless you adjust one of these settings:
Option 1 – Via App Settings:
Settings > Apps > Select Joes Scanner > Battery > Set to Unrestricted
Option 2 – Via Battery Settings:
Device Care > Battery > Background usage limits > Add Joes Scanner to Never sleeping apps
Without this change, the app may stop playing when your screen turns off.
