Welcome to the Affiliate Program for Joe’s Scanner! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your relationship with us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate in the Affiliate Program.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Operate a website, blog, or social media account with legitimate, lawful content.
- Not engage in any fraudulent or unethical practices that violate the program’s terms.
3. Affiliate Registration
To register as an affiliate, you must submit a complete application via affiliate.joesscanner.com. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. If approved, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link or code to promote our products/services.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promotion: You are responsible for promoting Joe’s Scanner services in a truthful and ethical manner.
- Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
- Content Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Joe’s Scanner on websites that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Spam Policy: Affiliates may not use spam or any unsolicited commercial emails to promote their affiliate link.
5. Commissions and Payouts
- Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on every sale that is generated through their affiliate link.
- Tracking: Sales will be tracked using the unique affiliate link or code. We are not responsible for tracking errors due to improper use of the link.
- Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid out [monthly/quarterly] via Venmo once you reach a minimum balance of $10.
- Refunds: If a customer requests a refund, the corresponding commission for that sale will be deducted from your balance.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your affiliate account, and any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the usual schedule.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Misrepresent Joe’s Scanner, its products, or services.
- Use cookie-stuffing techniques or other manipulative practices.
- Engage in paid search engine advertising using the Joe’s Scanner name, domain, or any trademarked terms.
- Create misleading or fraudulent reviews of our products.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use the approved banners, logos, and marketing materials provided by Joe’s Scanner. All such materials are Joe’s Scanner’s intellectual property and must not be altered or misused.
9. Limitation of Liability
Joe’s Scanner is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the Affiliate Program. We make no guarantees regarding potential earnings through the program.
10. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho/United States. Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved in the courts of Idaho/United States.
